A Space to Heal
| “We built this hospital on one belief: that quality care and affordability are not a contradiction.”
A Space to Heal How Balaji Cure & Care Hospital was designed and built — for every patient who walks through our doors. |

Reception — RGHS · OPD · IPD · clear from your first step
When you walk into a hospital, you are rarely thinking about the building. You are thinking about the person you are there for, the condition you have come to address, or the news you are waiting to hear. That is exactly why the building matters. At Balaji Cure & Care Hospital, every corridor, every room, every surface was planned around one question: what do you actually need when you are unwell, frightened, or waiting for someone you love? This is our answer.
THE BUILDING, FLOOR BY FLOOR
| YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHERE TO GO
From the moment you walk in, the ground floor guides you. Emergency, OPD consultations, pharmacy, reception — everything clearly separated so you are never caught in the wrong crowd at the wrong moment. If you are coming in for a consultation, you will not find yourself navigating a casualty corridor. Waiting areas reduce congestion. Entry points are clear. You will not feel lost here. ALL YOUR DIAGNOSTICS, IN ONE PLACE You will never need to leave the building or travel across town for investigations. Our diagnostic floor — CT scan, X-ray, ultrasound, pathology — is entirely dedicated to this one purpose, with its own dedicated billing desk so you are never sent back upstairs to sort paperwork before your scan. Your time is respected. Your results reach your doctor without unnecessary delay or detour. |
A FLOOR THAT BELONGS TO MOTHERS AND CHILDREN
If you are here for maternity care, a delivery, or your child’s health — you have your own floor. The women and child care unit is physically separated from the general hospital floors. Your corridor is not shared with general ward patients. Your waiting area is yours. The noise, the footfall, and the clinical intensity of a mixed environment — none of that reaches you here. IF YOUR HEART BROUGHT YOU HERE Our cardiac care floor houses the CATH lab and Cardiac Care Unit, both built to the highest clinical standards for advanced cardiac procedures. If you arrive with chest pain, your path from the emergency entrance to the intervention you need is direct and unobstructed. In cardiac care, that directness is not a convenience — it is what gives your doctor the best possible chance to help you in time. |
| “When I designed this hospital, the brief was simple: the building should work harder than any piece of equipment inside it. A well-designed hospital does not just house care — it delivers it.”
— Ar. Rahul Saxena, Studio Athenos, Jaipur · Architect & Interior Designer, Balaji Cure & Care Hospital |

ICU — intensive care unit with central nursing station, round-the-clock monitoring
CRITICAL CARE, RECOVERY & INTERIORS
| YOUR BABY, CLOSE TO YOU
Our NICU comes with a dedicated private family lounge. You are not a visitor — you are part of your baby’s care, and this building treats you that way. A quiet, private space separate from the clinical zone where you can remain close during what is often the most frightening time a family can face. SURGERY BUILT AROUND SAFETY Our operation theatre complex has five OTs connected by a sterile corridor, with separate entry points for surgical teams, staff, and patients. You will never share a corridor with a surgical team preparing for a procedure. The ICU alongside has controlled access and round-the-clock monitoring. Fewer people moving through this zone means lower infection risk — and better outcomes. WHEN YOU ARE RECOVERING The private rooms on our upper floor are quiet by design. Natural light comes in. The nursing station is always within reach. Every room — and every corridor, waiting area, and common space in this hospital — is fully air-conditioned with fresh air provision. You will always breathe clean, conditioned air, whether you are in a private suite or a shared ward. |
OPD Lobby — timber ceiling, calm waiting, clear wayfinding WHAT YOU SEE, AND WHAT YOU FEEL The interiors were designed to feel like a place that is on your side. Warm timber tones in corridors and patient rooms. Anti-bacterial surfaces throughout. Natural light in over 80 percent of regularly occupied spaces. A living green wall in our main corridors — because evidence shows greenery reduces patient anxiety in clinical settings. BUILT SUSTAINABLY, BUILT TO LAST Low-E double-glazed glass, rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, LED lighting throughout, and dedicated biomedical waste routes planned before construction began. These decisions added complexity and cost. We made them anyway. |

| WHY THIS HOSPITAL IS DIFFERENT
A Better Machine for Your Care

| “We are doctors first. We knew exactly what was missing in the facilities we had worked in. This hospital was our answer to that.”

We built it for our patients. That was the decision we made before the first wall went up, and it guided every decision after. To make it real, we worked with Studio Athenos, Jaipur — a specialist hospital architecture and interior design practice led by Ar. Rahul Saxena, IGBC Accredited Professional. The brief was simple: NABH-compliant from day one, designed for patients first, built to last. |
